The Senior Migrations Engineer will develop and maintain the Migrations Platform, ensure reliable migrations, and support onboarding of new schools, emphasizing collaboration and quality improvement.

Lead architecture and technical strategy across core product suites, mentor senior engineers, drive AI-first SDLC adoption, own target architectures and roadmaps, support feature delivery and tech debt reduction, and ensure reliability, security, and compliance.

Lead development of high-impact backend features for Arbor's core systems: design scalable PHP services, integrate third-party APIs, improve test coverage, author documentation, mentor engineers, and drive quality and delivery improvements across the team.

The Site Reliability Technical Lead will oversee system design, enhance platform reliability, manage incidents, drive automation, and mentor engineers to ensure scalable and secure solutions.
