Lead a six-month remote technical audit of a complex Salesforce Energy & Utilities platform (Vlocity/OmniStudio). Assess performance, integrations, code quality, data model alignment, CI/CD pipelines, and release risks; document technical debt and deliver a prioritized remediation roadmap to improve scalability, security, and upgrade readiness.

Lead the build of a greenfield data lake in Databricks, integrate source systems, and create an intelligence layer for business insights. Define product requirements, work closely with engineering, manage stakeholders, and develop GTM, commercial modelling, pricing, and value propositions. Support analytics/BI tools like Power BI and Sigma.

Lead four cross-functional agile squads to deliver and maintain Energy & Utilities digital platforms. Provide technical leadership for Salesforce Industries (OmniStudio/Vlocity) and AWS serverless integrations, mature CI/CD pipelines, enforce engineering quality, and mentor teams to ensure reliable, high-volume data flows between CRM and utility systems.
