Lead IC layout development for advanced mixed-signal products: own layout strategy, drive floorplanning and architecture decisions, mentor junior layout engineers, improve methodologies, and ensure quality and schedule delivery across cross-functional programs.

Develop, optimize, and maintain embedded software for microcontrollers and microprocessors across RTOS and bare-metal environments. Collaborate with hardware engineers, perform testing, debugging, and validation, optimize for performance, memory, and power, participate in code reviews, produce technical documentation, and contribute to open-source projects.
