Teams at Anaconda

Build and productionize tooling that compiles complex Python packages such as NumPy, SciPy, and PyTorch from source. Develop conda recipes, build tools, automation, and release processes; partner with packaging and distribution teams; mentor engineers; and lead postmortems, capacity planning, and incident response. The role also shapes technical strategy, architecture, project scope, and delivery decisions for build and distribution infrastructure.

Manage inbound leads, conduct targeted outbound prospecting, research enterprise accounts, identify buying signals, maintain sales pipeline records, and qualify meetings into opportunities. The role uses AI-assisted research, account scoring, persona mapping, and tailored messaging to engage data science, machine learning, IT, security, and procurement stakeholders.

Lead technical discovery, solution design, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept support for Anaconda’s AI and data science platform across EMEA. Partner with account executives on complex deals, create reusable technical content, represent customer needs to product and engineering, and coordinate with cross-functional teams through implementation handoff. Manage multiple opportunities independently while improving technical win rates, deal expansion, sales velocity, and regional pipeline development.
