Leads cross-functional commercial growth initiatives for hotel programs, translating opportunities and market insights into measurable revenue outcomes. Establishes program governance, success metrics, steering committees, project controls, and risk mitigation plans. Partners with product, commercial, and project teams across global locations, aligning stakeholders, managing priorities, and advocating for both product and commercial objectives.

Lead the development and implementation of enterprise data governance frameworks, including ownership and stewardship models, data cataloging, definitions, quality, lineage, lifecycle management, data contracts, and metrics governance. Partner with Privacy, Information Security, Product, Engineering, and analytics teams to improve data trust, audit readiness, self-service discovery, and AI data readiness. Establish governance standards, monitor maturity and quality, and deliver organization-wide training.

Drive acquisition of multinational clients across the UK and potentially Europe. Build strategic prospect pipelines, lead the full sales cycle, develop senior client relationships, shape bids, negotiate deals, and close large accounts. The role requires consultative B2B sales, global account expertise, strategic planning, proposal development, and relationship management within the travel industry. Travel of up to 40% is required.
