Leads and supports air travel consulting engagements for corporate clients, managing project workstreams, analyzing airline pricing and inventory data, developing recommendations, creating client deliverables, and presenting findings. Builds client relationships and contributes to air program strategy, sourcing, optimization, and cost management. The role may require up to 20% client travel and strong airline industry expertise.

Designs, implements, maintains, and improves cybersecurity controls across enterprise systems, networks, cloud environments, and applications. Deploys and troubleshoots security technologies, responds to incidents, identifies security requirements, supports audits and change management, documents procedures, analyzes risks, and delivers remediation recommendations. Collaborates with architects, project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to protect organizational data and infrastructure while automating repeatable security tasks.

Identify, qualify, and nurture leads; educate prospects about services; manage CRM records and sales pipelines; generate opportunities; collaborate with sales and marketing; resolve customer issues; monitor trends; and prepare sales reports. The role requires strong communication, organization, problem-solving, customer service, and independent working skills, with sales or customer service experience and familiarity with CRM and lead-generation tools.
