Manage strategic client account standards across global points of sale, coordinate with regional account managers, maintain project documentation, facilitate stakeholder meetings, recommend Egencia website adjustments, advocate for client needs, and support change management and client relationships.

Analyzes raw data and develops reporting solutions using advanced Excel, Power BI, VBA, and related tools while supporting client managers and global service delivery teams.

Leads OneStream-based forecasting, reporting, and demand-planning capabilities for Commercial FP&A. Builds reports and dashboards, manages data reconciliations, supports month-end reporting, optimizes platform performance, and partners with administrators and implementation teams. Drives AI and automation opportunities, delivers training, and translates financial requirements into scalable technical solutions.
