Lead and grow a European engineering team for Amber's home energy products. Recruit, coach, and develop engineers; contribute to technical and product strategy; build scalable team processes (onboarding, performance reviews); foster collaboration and psychological safety. Support delivery for integrations, mobile apps, web apps and APIs. Work predominantly remotely with regular in-person collaboration every ~2 months and annual company conference.
