Conduct independent third-party audits across multiple industries, gathering objective evidence, preparing impartial reports, leading opening and closing meetings, and maintaining client relationships. The role includes a structured 12-week training program leading to qualifications in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. Candidates need relevant hands-on operational experience, strong communication and analytical skills, accurate report-writing ability, willingness to travel regionally and nationally, occasional overnight availability, and a full UK driving licence.

Generate and qualify B2B opportunities through inbound leads, outbound prospecting, and targeted campaigns. Consult with SMEs about HR and health and safety challenges, recommend tailored solutions, manage the sales pipeline, drive conversions, identify cross-sell opportunities, and position long-term agreements. Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and activity reporting while building strong customer and stakeholder relationships.

Designs and executes manual, automated, integration, security, performance, and UAT testing for SaaS solutions. Builds Playwright or Cypress automation, validates APIs and data flows using Postman and SQL, integrates tests into CI/CD pipelines, and performs load and scalability testing. The role also applies AI/ML to improve test coverage and anomaly detection, collaborates with developers and stakeholders, manages defects in Jira, and mentors team members.
