Lead the Integration Engineering team, owning strategic engineering capabilities, evolving an ETL streaming platform, and establishing new integration capabilities. Coach and develop engineers, support architecture decisions, promote AI-assisted development, improve delivery performance, and collaborate with technology, product, and operations teams. The role requires balancing technical, operational, regulatory, and strategic priorities while operating critical production services and platforms used across engineering.

Designs, delivers and supports secure, resilient infrastructure across on-prem and cloud. Owns medium-sized technical designs and projects, mentors engineers, troubleshoots incidents, produces documentation, enforces change-control, and ensures security, capacity and operational standards are met.
