Design and deliver industrial system solutions for rear fuselage assemblies: co-design with aircraft design, define build concepts, set manufacturing requirements and V&V plans, optimize material flow and production performance, and lead continuous improvement for ramp-up and recovery projects.

Design, validate and support metallic and fiber-metal laminate aircraft structures from concept to production. Ensure certification compliance, prepare engineering changes, advise on repairs, resolve manufacturing defects, support project design decisions and trade studies, and liaise with manufacturing and other departments.

As a Process Performance Engineer, you'll optimize aircraft production by defining work sequences, enhancing manufacturing efficiency, and driving continuous improvements in a collaborative team environment.
