Leads the A220 Wing Development engineering portfolio in Belfast, overseeing industrial and plant modifications, test facility support, REACH projects, engineering integration, digital transformation, budgets, resources, suppliers, and stakeholder relationships. The role manages a large multidisciplinary engineering team and ensures delivery against time, cost, quality, and technical objectives while supporting innovation and strategic wing development.

Maintains and supports IT systems embedded in industrial production assets. Responsibilities include deployment, software configuration, patching, validation, scheduled and reactive maintenance, upgrades, disposal, inventory, documentation, change management, incident resolution, and demand management. The role also supports industrial cybersecurity, backups and restoration, networking, and IT/OT implementations. It is fully on-site in Belfast, includes flexible day shifts and on-call duties, and requires some UK and international travel.

Lead the change management and deployment of SAP S/4HANA for Airbus’s Belfast site integration. Responsibilities include developing change and training strategies, governing SAP Enable Now content, coordinating deployment and hypercare, managing waterfall and SAFe/Agile delivery, aligning senior stakeholders, and using AI and analytics to forecast risks. The role supports business continuity, employee adoption, supply chain integration, and production ramp-up during a complex aerospace acquisition.
