Leads structural stress analysis and sizing for commercial aircraft composite and metallic structures. Performs static strength, fatigue, damage tolerance, and finite element analysis; supports certification, airworthiness compliance, production drawing approval, structural testing, design reviews, and in-service engineering. Acts as a technical authority for stress reports, certification dossiers, production concessions, and structural issue resolution while collaborating with design, materials, manufacturing, loads, and test teams.

Lead Airbus Belfast’s business operations and growth strategy by integrating shop-floor and corporate functions, managing operational SQCDP performance, driving rate-readiness planning, mitigating risks, and overseeing budgets including CAPEX, NRC, NPO, and indirect payroll. The role also supports workforce planning, continuous improvement, project delivery, cross-functional issue resolution, and stakeholder leadership across Engineering, Supply Chain, and support teams.
