Partner with product and business teams to define metrics, design and analyze experiments, build analytical frameworks, maintain governed dashboards, conduct deep-dive analyses (funnels, retention, cohorts), size opportunities, and connect product metrics to revenue to inform roadmap and leadership decisions.

Build and lead Airalo's global public affairs function, advise senior leadership, engage regulators and policymakers across jurisdictions, shape policy positions on eSIM, privacy, consumer protection and digital markets, manage industry and stakeholder engagement, and integrate policy work with legal, compliance, communications, and commercial teams.

Lead app-first user acquisition strategy and execution across paid channels, managing a $20M+ budget. Oversee campaign architecture, measurement (including iOS/SKAN), reporting, campaign hygiene, cross-functional partnerships, and present performance insights to senior leadership to drive scalable growth.
