Advise and coach leaders on people strategy, employee relations, performance management, restructures, and career development. Build scalable people, culture, and performance frameworks for a global remote workforce while navigating UK and Spain employment laws. Collaborate with People teams, lead quarterly projects, and support company-wide initiatives with empathy, autonomy, and a human-first approach.

Owns host mobile network operator partnerships and market launches for Airalo’s MVNO operations. Responsibilities include identifying and negotiating wholesale agreements, developing business cases, supporting regulatory approvals, coordinating technical integrations, managing launch readiness, overseeing post-launch service performance, reconciling invoices, analyzing traffic and margins, and renegotiating commercial terms. The role requires strong mobile telecommunications, MVNO architecture, commercial negotiation, financial modeling, regulatory, and service management expertise, with occasional international travel.

Lead Growth forecasting, planning, and operating cadence; allocate budget across regions/channels using CAC/LTV and ROI; partner with Data, Finance, Product and Brand to translate analytics into decisions; run regional deep dives, scenario planning, and cross-functional projects to improve growth efficiency and execution.
