Lead end-to-end UX design for Airalo's consumer mobile and web products, from discovery to delivery. Partner with cross-functional teams to create journeys, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, specs, and drive accessibility, design system improvements, workshops, mentorship, and research-led decisions.

Design, maintain, and optimize HLR/HSS/UDM subscriber templates and roaming logic. Lead Full MVNO profile deployments, collaborate with roaming partners and system integrators, define HLR/HSS KPIs, and troubleshoot signalling using Wireshark and roaming platforms.

Lead and grow an analytics engineering team to build self-service analytics: own semantic layer, core dbt models, dashboards, and Lightdash adoption. Establish governance, modeling standards, testing, documentation, and enablement while partnering with analysts and Data Engineering to deliver scalable, production-quality data products.
