Owns host mobile network operator partnerships and market launches for Airalo’s MVNO operations. Responsibilities include identifying and negotiating wholesale agreements, developing business cases, supporting regulatory approvals, coordinating technical integrations, managing launch readiness, overseeing post-launch service performance, reconciling invoices, analyzing traffic and margins, and renegotiating commercial terms. The role requires strong mobile telecommunications, MVNO architecture, commercial negotiation, financial modeling, regulatory, and service management expertise, with occasional international travel.

Designs and maintains telecom QA test campaigns for roaming partners, network changes, and service launches across data, voice, and SMS. Manages SIM/eSIM testing infrastructure, builds automated smoke and regression pipelines, defines service-health KPIs, and integrates tests into CI/CD release gates. Performs geo-redundancy, failover, capacity, and signalling tests, analyzes protocol traces and monitoring data, supports root-cause analysis, and develops alerts, runbooks, and regression coverage.

Lead Growth forecasting, planning, and operating cadence; allocate budget across regions/channels using CAC/LTV and ROI; partner with Data, Finance, Product and Brand to translate analytics into decisions; run regional deep dives, scenario planning, and cross-functional projects to improve growth efficiency and execution.

Lead the research and design organization across Airalo’s consumer and B2B products. Set design strategy, unify product experiences, own brand expression within the product, and establish scalable design systems, accessibility standards, quality processes, and career frameworks. Partner with Product and Marketing, use research to shape the roadmap, develop design leaders, and build the team needed to support the company’s growth.

Design and develop scalable PHP backend systems supporting a global travel connectivity platform. Lead distributed systems and service-oriented architecture initiatives, improve performance through caching and database optimization, enforce clean code and testing standards, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Product and DevOps on technical roadmaps. Participate in an on-call rotation to maintain 24/7 service reliability.

Own Airalo’s global brand strategy, roadmap, governance, performance, and launch direction across B2C, B2B, and B2B2C markets. Lead and scale a multidisciplinary international brand team, develop future leaders, manage resourcing, and advise executive and cross-functional stakeholders. Direct creative and agency execution, oversee brand systems and content marketing, and translate brand and category data into growth and action plans across global channels.

Provide broad commercial and regulatory legal support for a global eSIM marketplace: draft, review and negotiate commercial and telecom agreements, advise Product/Commercial/Marketing on contractual and regulatory risk, support data privacy (GDPR) and telecom compliance, maintain contract templates and playbooks, assist corporate governance and coordinate with external counsel.

Lead app-first user acquisition strategy and execution across paid channels, managing a $20M+ budget. Oversee campaign architecture, measurement (including iOS/SKAN), reporting, campaign hygiene, cross-functional partnerships, and present performance insights to senior leadership to drive scalable growth.

Design, maintain, and optimize HLR/HSS/UDM subscriber templates and roaming logic. Lead Full MVNO profile deployments, collaborate with roaming partners and system integrators, define HLR/HSS KPIs, and troubleshoot signalling using Wireshark and roaming platforms.

Lead finance modernization including ERP ownership (design, data migration, cutover), process redesign and automation across O2C/P2P/R2R/FP&A, controllership and SOX-lite readiness, standardized reporting and driver-based forecasting, and program/change management to embed AI, drive adoption, and report progress to leadership and Audit & Risk Committee.

Lead a global engineering and QA team building, integrating, testing, and commissioning Full MVNO core systems. Own mobile core architecture across subscriber databases, packet core, signalling, voice, VoLTE, SMS, messaging, number portability, regulatory compliance, and emergency routing. Coordinate host MNO integrations, automated testing, service readiness, operational reviews, troubleshooting, and handover to the 24/7 Run team. Participate in the on-call rotation.

Build and own pricing data science capabilities, including demand and elasticity models, forecasting, willingness-to-pay models, pricing optimization, experimentation, and causal analysis. Deploy and monitor machine learning systems, establish governed pricing metrics, and partner with Commercial, Finance, and Product to improve margin and revenue. Set analytical standards for pricing decisions and build reusable analytical capabilities.

Build and lead Airalo's procurement function: create procurement policy and governance, own category strategies for networks, marketing, and IT/SaaS, run strategic sourcing and high-value negotiations, manage supplier contracts and renewals, embed PO/PR and P2P processes into the ERP, and deliver validated savings and controls while partnering across Finance and business functions.

Lead global product positioning, go-to-market strategy, and lifecycle marketing for Airalo. Drive launches, cross-functional enablement, customer insights, adoption, and monetization while equipping Growth, CRM, Partnerships, and Support with messaging, training, and launch materials.

As the Customer Retention Director, you will own and drive retention strategies across CRM, Product, and Data to enhance user engagement and value for Airalo's customers.

Build and lead Airalo's global public affairs function, advise senior leadership, engage regulators and policymakers across jurisdictions, shape policy positions on eSIM, privacy, consumer protection and digital markets, manage industry and stakeholder engagement, and integrate policy work with legal, compliance, communications, and commercial teams.
