Lead and scale an AI-native engineering organization that orchestrates humans and AI coding agents across multiple fast-moving product ventures. Hire and mentor PMs and engineers, set engineering standards (CI, security, evals), make architecture and build-vs-buy-agent decisions, stay hands-on shipping code and risky spikes, and ensure commercial and product outcomes across the portfolio.

Own the most sensitive client relationships, diagnose issues, protect revenue, develop retention strategies, and enhance operational processes.

This role involves owning complex client situations, diagnosing issues, driving retention and recovery, leading high-stakes conversations, and building scalable processes for client operations.

Provide fast, empathetic live chat and ticket support for clients using the platform. Troubleshoot issues, escalate complex problems, maintain support records, contribute to knowledge base, and help meet SLAs to improve client satisfaction and retention.

Execute customer onboarding from paid sign-up through activation, early milestones, and renewal. Run kickoff calls, follow and improve playbooks, manage a small portfolio of accounts, spot and remediate churn signals, and ensure proactive communication between Sales and delivery.
