The Technical Director will lead transportation engineering projects, oversee multi-disciplinary teams, build client relationships, and manage project delivery in highways and infrastructure.

Lead delivery of building projects across RIBA Stages 0-7 from concept through procurement, construction and commissioning. Act as primary client contact, manage budgets, risks and NEC ECC contract administration, supervise multidisciplinary teams, and support continuous improvement of the Belfast project management team.

Manage building projects across full lifecycle in Northern Ireland—from concept and design through procurement, construction and commissioning. Serve as day-to-day client contact, administer NEC ECC contracts, plan and supervise moderately sized projects, and support continuous improvement of the Belfast project management team.
