Leads the technical development of AECOM’s Ground Engineering team, overseeing geotechnical data, analyses, design calculations, project delivery, client advisory, and technical quality. Manages schedules, budgets, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary collaboration while supporting business growth and client relationships. Provides leadership, mentoring, networking, and development for junior engineers across geotechnical projects involving infrastructure, energy, water, transport, buildings, and other sectors.

Design and deliver electrical building services systems across commercial, healthcare, education, residential, industrial, and public infrastructure projects. Prepare calculations, specifications, reports, and BIM-based designs; coordinate with multidisciplinary teams; support projects from concept through handover; ensure regulatory compliance; solve technical challenges; attend client and site meetings; and mentor junior engineers.

Leads strategic capture management for major water-sector pursuits exceeding £25 million in revenue. Owns pursuit strategy, client positioning, governance, budgets, teams, partner selection, proposals, and bid lifecycle execution. Builds client and stakeholder relationships, develops pipelines, analyzes competition, improves win rates, and coordinates marketing, technical, commercial, legal, and operational teams. Provides coaching, promotes capture best practices, ensures governance and compliance, and positions digital, AI, sustainability, and ESG solutions to support growth.
