Lead and develop the electrical engineering discipline for healthcare and education projects. Provide technical leadership and assurance across LV/HV distribution, lighting, fire alarm, emergency, security, ICT and BMS/BAS systems. Ensure compliance with HTMs, HBNs and NHS requirements, drive low-carbon innovation, oversee design through construction, and mentor a high-performing team.
