Define power architectures, run power systems and protection studies, integrate monitoring and controls, embed decarbonization and energy efficiency, ensure standards compliance, and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams while mentoring staff and supporting business development.

Lead development of Active Travel, local highways and traffic engineering schemes from concept to detailed design and implementation. Manage technical outputs, timelines, budgets, and risks; prepare and review drawings, reports and specifications; liaise with clients and stakeholders; mentor junior staff; ensure constructability, compliance with standards, and champion Health & Safety.
