Manage HubSpot CRM segmentation, workflows, email campaign quality assurance, data hygiene, consent compliance, reporting, and troubleshooting. Support nurture and lifecycle campaigns, monitor deliverability and engagement metrics, document CRM processes, and provide guidance to marketing colleagues. The role serves as the primary contact for day-to-day CRM queries while escalating complex architecture issues to senior team members.

Partners with the CMO to translate strategy and decisions into coordinated execution. The role manages strategic priorities, cross-functional programs, risks, dependencies, governance, executive reporting, stakeholder alignment, and organizational improvements. It also identifies opportunities to apply AI and automation to improve workflows and productivity, while handling confidential information with sound judgment.

Drive enterprise sales of DevOps, Developer Experience, platform engineering, DevSecOps, cloud-native, observability, and AI-enabled software delivery solutions across the UK and Ireland. Generate specialist pipeline, advise executive stakeholders, lead discovery and engineering assessments, develop transformation roadmaps and business cases, manage complex sales cycles, coordinate internal teams, negotiate commercial agreements, and build strategic technology-partner relationships.
