As a Distinguished Engineer, you will set the technical direction for scalable software solutions, solve complex engineering problems, drive excellence, and champion AI practices. You will mentor engineers and influence technical decisions while collaborating across teams to meet business needs.

Generate and convert B2B opportunities for payment solutions, including Direct Debit, card payments, open banking, and earned wage access. Build prospect pipelines, develop relationships with decision-makers, create account plans, collaborate with partnerships and marketing teams, attend industry events, maintain accurate CRM records, and manage forecasting throughout the full sales cycle.

Drive new business sales for HR and payroll software by building a territory pipeline, prospecting through outbound and marketing-generated leads, conducting tailored software demonstrations, managing opportunities in Salesforce, and achieving or exceeding sales targets. The role involves owning customer relationships, developing a sales territory, and applying SaaS sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
