As an Account Executive, you'll build relationships with customers, collaborate with teams to identify opportunities, and manage a pipeline of sales leads, ensuring customers maximize their use of Access software.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for a hospitality platform used across product suites. Build and develop a Product Management team, prioritize platform work with engineering, and drive shared capabilities (data, integrations, AI) to create reliable, scalable services that deliver commercial and customer value.

Own and refine product requirements for the Nexus/PaySuite platform. Write user stories and acceptance criteria (Gherkin, INVEST), gather stakeholder and customer feedback, support sprint ceremonies, and help shape the roadmap to unify payment methods and APIs into a joined-up SaaS experience.
