Lead floor operations and customer experience by supervising Brand Reps and Stock Associates, operating POS, fulfilling omni orders, maintaining visual displays, managing inventory and loss prevention, analyzing reports to drive sales, and supporting opening/closing routines.

Provide friendly, inclusive customer service, assist with styling and product needs, maintain sales floor presentation, process transactions, and support omni-channel order fulfillment (in-store pickup, ship-from-store, Save the Sale). Maintain organization, attendance, and operational tasks.
