The Electrical Technical Advisor will support sales teams by architecting electrical solutions, preparing technical offers, and driving continuous improvement and innovation in the electrical systems domain.

Lead cross-functional NewGen transformation projects from planning through closure. Define delivery strategies, scope, schedules, budgets, resources, governance, risks, and quality standards. Coordinate stakeholders, manage approvals and escalations, track progress and business outcomes, support change adoption, and ensure smooth handovers. Capture lessons learned and follow ABB project, program, information systems, quality, and safety standards.

Execute the UK Machinery OEM sales strategy to grow market share and meet volume, mix and profitability targets. Support OEM customers with technical application sales for drives, PLCs, HMIs and servo products, develop solutions and proposals, deliver demonstrations, negotiate contracts, forecast sales, and collaborate across divisions and OEM hubs to drive business development and market presence.
