Qualified accountant to deliver private and public sector advisory: build business plans and financial models, prepare funding/grant applications and HM Treasury Green Book business cases, perform financial and economic appraisal, produce high-quality reports, manage multiple assignments, liaise with stakeholders, and support business development across NI, Ireland and the UK.

Provide commercial, practical HR and employment law advice to clients; review and scale HR frameworks, policies and people practices; lead or support client projects; coach managers on recruitment, onboarding, performance and development; build inclusive cultures; act as a trusted HR advisor; research and implement practical HR tools; and contribute to business development and client engagement.
