Coordinates risk and compliance activities throughout acquisition and post-completion integration. Responsibilities include due diligence, integration planning, action tracking, stakeholder coordination, regulatory filings, insurance onboarding, remediation monitoring, policy implementation, risk reporting, escalation, and change communications. The role also supports broader governance, compliance, resilience, and risk projects while contributing to team development and collaboration.

Leads private client tax advisory projects, manages client relationships and teams, and provides specialist guidance on inheritance tax, trusts, estates, succession planning, shareholder transactions, and self-assessment returns. The role involves reviewing complex tax filings, developing strategic solutions, supporting business development, conducting technical research, mentoring staff, and contributing to departmental strategy. Knowledge of Irish and UK capital taxes is desirable.

Lead private client tax advisory projects, manage client relationships, oversee technical advice, review complex Self Assessment tax returns, and advise on Inheritance Tax, trusts, estates, succession planning, and shareholder transactions. Manage teams, support departmental strategy, develop new business, conduct technical research, liaise with external advisers, and share specialist knowledge across the firm.
