Provide pragmatic HR and employment law advice to SME and scaling clients, improve client HR processes and toolkits, mentor junior team members, draft HR documentation, and support client-facing HR projects including onboarding, appraisals, absence management and employee relations.

Provide commercial, practical HR and employment law advice to clients; review and scale HR frameworks, policies and people practices; lead or support client projects; coach managers on recruitment, onboarding, performance and development; build inclusive cultures; act as a trusted HR advisor; research and implement practical HR tools; and contribute to business development and client engagement.
