Manage a client portfolio delivering year-end and management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and technical advisory. Maintain client relationships, supervise junior staff, apply FRS 102 1A/GAAP, use cloud accounting systems (e.g., Xero), and support tenders and specialist projects.

The role involves providing corporate finance advice, managing transactions, and preparing proposals, while collaborating with a team of experts in M&A and fundraising.
