Use value-based selling, strategic account planning, multithreading, and cross-functional collaboration to articulate IAM solutions to executive stakeholders. Represent 1Password at events and stay current on cybersecurity trends.

Owner of technical post-sale relationships for strategic, complex accounts: lead onboarding and integrations, drive adoption/expansion/renewal, advise on identity, access, and device trust, mentor peers, shape processes and enablement, and represent customer needs across Product, Support, and GTM functions.

Serve as the primary technical resource for partner and channel teams, driving technical win rates, co-selling with partners, delivering enablement and demos, scoping solutions, responding to RFIs/RFPs, and feeding product and GTM feedback to drive partner adoption and deal velocity.
