Own and strategically manage a complex SaaS customer portfolio, driving adoption, value realization, renewals, retention, and expansion. Lead executive business reviews, negotiate renewals, identify growth opportunities, and advise customers on cybersecurity outcomes. Maintain forecasting and CRM hygiene, use AI-assisted workflows, collaborate with account executives, mentor junior CSMs, and contribute to scalable playbooks and team initiatives.

Build and scale 1Password’s Commercial Deal Desk within Revenue Operations. Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and cross-functional teams on complex deals, advising on pricing, terms, discounting, approvals, renewals, and amendments. Execute accurate quotes and contracts in Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud, develop approval workflows and commercial policies, create playbooks and training, and improve quote-to-cash processes through automation, AI, and data-driven analysis.
