Manage the full renewal lifecycle for a portfolio of SaaS customers, proactively engaging pre-expiry, negotiating renewals, analyzing license usage and trends, collaborating with Sales/CS/Product, documenting agreements, and driving retention against renewal targets.

Manage and grow a designated EMEA territory by hunting enterprise accounts (3000+ employees), building pipeline, closing new business, and expanding existing accounts. Use value-based selling, strategic account planning, multithreading, and cross-functional collaboration to articulate IAM solutions to executive stakeholders. Represent 1Password at events and stay current on cybersecurity trends.

As a Commercial/Enterprise BDR, you'll generate strategic outbound opportunities and manage incoming leads, establishing groundwork for successful sales engagements in the EMEA region. You will develop skills in pipeline generation and collaborate with marketing and sales teams.
