Lead multiple projects end-to-end within a structured delivery environment. Manage stakeholders, mitigate risks, maintain project documentation (plans, RAID logs), drive process improvements, deliver training, and mentor junior team members. Ensure compliance with project management best practices, support audits, facilitate workshops, and act as a customer and partner advocate to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Lead scheme relationships across Europe with card networks (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc.); negotiate commercial and contract terms; manage team performance, KPIs, forecasts, and scheme-related projects; enable volume growth and implement operational efficiencies across markets.
