Supports the Client Development Manager with client relationship management, sector-focused development activities, reporting, action tracking, CRM and pipeline updates, bids, proposals, and client initiatives. The role coordinates multiple stakeholders, maintains client administration systems, prepares reports and presentations, and supports relationship plans that contribute to business growth. It is hybrid and based in one of several UK offices.

Advise clients on cyber security, data protection and digital regulation matters including incident response, regulatory investigations, technology disputes, contract drafting and negotiation. Manage high‑profile matters, supervise junior lawyers, support business development and provide strategic advice on AI and online safety issues.

Provide employment law advice to corporate clients, handling strategic employment issues, complex tribunal and High Court litigation, cross-border matters, restructurings, redundancy, senior executive disputes, discrimination and whistleblowing claims, and support M&A and outsourcing projects while working with a UK-wide and international team.

Manage provisioning, configuration, operation, and maintenance of client portals and related legal technology. Design and deploy complex solutions using HighQ, Contract Express, SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform. Support upgrades, integrations, migrations, reporting, workflow and document automation, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive technology roadmap and innovation.

Provide legal advice on firm structure, constitutional documents, restructurings, entity set-up and partner lifecycle work. Support governance, regulatory compliance, drafting, research and project work across the General Counsels Office, liaising with tax and finance specialists and senior legal colleagues.
