The triReduce and triBalance Sales Operations Specialist will work in a collaborative team to build and maintain campaigns, drive business reporting, improve internal workflows, create internal and client presentations, and support the Sales team with follow-up opportunities. The role offers the opportunity to shape the position and develop knowledge in OTC risk optimization and derivative markets.

Conduct assessments to define and analyze possible risks, develop and maintain risk management controls and systems, evaluate existing policies and procedures, build risk awareness amongst employees, and prepare reports and presentations to risk management and firm leadership.

Managing client connections globally, troubleshooting networking issues, working with financial organizations, and producing documentation.
