Serve as a technical and product consultant across sales, implementation, and product teams to configure Sona for customers, deliver implementations on-time and on-budget, lead UAT and training, document configurations, and feed product insights back to the team.

Manage end-to-end payroll implementations, assist customers in onboarding to the payroll platform, and suggest process improvements.
