As a Sales Development Representative, you will partner with Account Executives to create account plans, prospect for leads, engage decision-makers through cold calling and personalized emails, and collaborate with multiple teams to develop lead generation strategies, all while building a sales pipeline for Enterprise customers.

As an Account Executive for MidMarket at Atlassian, you will develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize expansion opportunities while ensuring customer success. You will be the main point of contact for Midmarket accounts in Italy, collaborating with the channel sales organization and internal account teams to drive sales initiatives and deliver results.

The Account Executive will manage mid-sized and Enterprise customer portfolios, identify sales opportunities, nurture relationships, deliver product demonstrations, collaborate with internal teams, and provide sales forecasts while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
