The Senior Specialist Sales Engineer leads technical sales for Zscaler's Zero Trust Cloud, guiding customers and collaborating with internal teams to drive cybersecurity solutions in cloud environments.

Lead channel strategy and operations for the Global Partner Ecosystem: drive forecasting, pipeline management, GTM planning (quota, territory, headcount), OKR/KPI reporting, CRM/productivity improvements, and deliver data-driven insights to sales leadership globally.

Serve as a technical partner in pre-sales: present Zscaler cloud security platform, gather requirements, deliver demos/POCs, craft technical recommendations, and support sales through qualification and scoping.
