Provide advanced technical support for major GitLab customers, troubleshooting complex issues across Linux systems, GitLab, CI/CD, applications, infrastructure, and integrations. Build customer relationships, resolve critical incidents, collaborate with Product, Development, Infrastructure, Customer Success, and Sales teams, and create reusable documentation. The role also includes knowledge sharing, technical advising, roadmap influence, and participation in hiring activities within a globally distributed support organization.

Provide technical support to large GitLab customers, troubleshoot complex Linux/GitLab/CI/CD issues, perform low-level debugging, collaborate with Product and Engineering to drive fixes, create reusable support content, and mentor/share knowledge with the Support team.

Provide hands-on support for self-managed and SaaS GitLab customers across shifts: troubleshoot Linux systems, reproduce bugs, write fixes or merge requests, create documentation, collaborate with product and engineering, participate in on-call rotations and hiring processes.
