Owns end-to-end delivery of Tier 1 UKI and Tier 2 CEE marketing events, particularly in Poland. Responsibilities include event strategy, audience acquisition, budgeting, vendor and venue management, logistics, content coordination, stakeholder alignment, sales follow-up, and performance reporting. The role tracks registrations, attendance, meetings, pipeline, conversion, and ROI while continuously improving event processes, formats, and vendor relationships.
