Responsibilities include interview scheduling, applicant tracking system maintenance, candidate communication, pipeline monitoring, offer contract preparation, and handoffs to People Operations. The role partners with recruiters, hiring managers, and recruiting leadership while promoting GitLab’s values and supporting an inclusive, all-remote hiring environment across EMEA time zones.
