Lead and develop a remote UK managed services payroll team, overseeing people management, payroll delivery, governance, compliance, KPIs, SLAs, escalations, customer experience, workload planning, and process improvement. Partner with payroll advisory, data solutions, customer experience, professional services, and product teams to scale service delivery while maintaining accuracy, timeliness, and quality.

Manage multiple complex UK payrolls end to end for outsourced-service customers. Provide expert guidance on UK payroll legislation, statutory payments, pensions, benefits in kind, share schemes, taxation, reconciliations, HMRC submissions, and year-end processing. Resolve discrepancies, advise enterprise customers, build trusted relationships, mentor colleagues, and contribute to documentation and continuous improvement.
