Responsibilities include audit scoping, stakeholder management, fieldwork, data analysis, process mapping, control assessments, audit reporting, and mentoring junior team members. The role requires regulatory knowledge across US, EU, and APAC AML, sanctions, and terrorist financing frameworks, plus independent audit leadership and responsible use of generative AI.

Run the UK entity (CBPL) risk framework and contribute to global operational risk programs. Lead RCSAs, incident management, KRIs/KCIs, outsourcing and resilience work; provide 2LoD challenge to products and change, build risk MI for senior forums, coach first-line leaders, and help design global ORM programs and dashboards.

Lead quality assurance reviews of transaction monitoring investigations, enforce QA rubrics, perform root cause analysis, and deliver metrics and dashboards. Drive calibration, training, and cross-functional remediation with Compliance, Operations, Analytics, and L&D to improve AML/CFT case consistency and operational performance.
