Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a creator who lives and breathes YouTube—someone who can craft clear, engaging, beautifully packaged product walkthroughs, tutorials, and Shorts—end-to-end. You’ll take product features and user use-cases, and turn them into compelling videos that help users understand how Recraft works. Over time, you'll help define the narrative, voice, and visual style of our tutorial content—like a product-led YouTube ambassador for Recraft.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduce high-quality video walkthroughs and tutorials from initial script to final publish (screencast, voice-over, visuals).
Translate feature releases and user flows into digestible, engaging content—long-form, Shorts, playlists.
Collaborate with Product, Design, and Marketing teams on strategy, messaging, and formatting.
Understand and explain complex interfaces—AI tools, editors, design flows—in an intuitive way.
Propose ideas: suggest angles or lesson flows based on product updates or user needs.
Maintain tight production cadence (targeting ~2–3 videos/week initially).
Track content performance: views, watch time, engagement, and iterate.
RequirementsExperience in drafting scripts and storylines for product walkthroughs or educational videos. Fluency in English at C2 level
Proven YouTube experience: either personal channel or brand-led content, especially educational, design-related, or product walkthroughs. Please include links to your YouTube or video work so we can get a feel for your style.
Familiarity with design or AI-based tools enough to film product interactions convincingly.
Ability to work remotely, manage your own studio setup (good audio, screen capture, editing tools).
Eagerness to learn—our core product Recraft may be new to you, but if you get it fast, we’ll help you get even faster.
Strong collaborative instincts—you take briefs, ask questions, and work openly with team feedback.
Previous experience creating structured video series or educational courses.
Some strategy sense: sketching content plans or course outlines.
Basic video editing chops on platforms like Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or Descript.
Comfortable with occasional short-form (YouTube Shorts) strategies and batching content.
