This role sits on the Marketing team, at the intersection of brand, performance and design. You will be responsible for making our site intuitive, smart, and visually appealing - from homepage to landing pages, navigation, and micro-interactions. Responsibilities:
- Own UX and UI design for our public-facing website and landing pages
- Create wireframes, prototypes and final designs optimised for speed and conversion
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketers, developers and brand to deliver best-in-class web and mobile experiences
- Apply UX best practices to improve engagement and drive performance
- Maintain and evolve our design system for consistency and efficiency
- Stay on top of web trends, tools and UX techniques
- Know our customers and prospects and what they need from our website
- Use data to drive decision making and empower teams to drive conversions
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of UX/UI experience with a strong focus on website design
- A portfolio that demonstrates clean design, user flow thinking and responsive layouts
- Expertise in Figma and web-specific design tools
- Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility and performance optimisation
- Experience of working closely with developers, content teams and marketers
- A bonus if you have basic HTML/CSS knowledge
