We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Performance Marketer to lead our demand generation efforts across paid social, account based marketing, nurture and re-targeting campaigns. You'll own the strategy and execution of high-impact campaigns that generate leads, fuel pipeline and help position us as a market leader in workplace financial solutions. Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute high-performing campaigns across LinkedIn, paid content syndication, ABM platforms and other channels
- Build re-targeting campaigns that move prospects through the funnel and drive conversion
- Partner closely with content, design, website and sales teams to develop campaign messaging, assets and targeting strategies that resonate
- Manage campaign budgets, track performance and continuously optimise for conversion and efficiency
- Own key performance metrics such as CPL, CAC, ROAS, and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders
- Leverage data and experimentation to test new approaches and channels and scale appropriately
- A/B testing across channels
- Support sales and pipeline acceleration through campaign integration with CRM and reporting tools
- Stay up to date with B2B performance marketing trends, tools and techniques
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in digital/performance marketing, ideally in B2B fintech or SaaS
- Demonstrated success running campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, and paid content syndication networks
- Experience with full-funnel B2B campaign planning, execution and optimisation
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in campaign reporting, A/B testing and attribution
- Familiarity with Hubspot or similar tools
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills and comfortable working with cross-functional teams
- ABM experience or knowledge of platforms like 6Sense or Demandbase is a plus
