Your Role:

As a Working Supervisor you’ll play a key role in the daily running of our warehousing and production operations. Acting as the bridge between frontline operators and the wider management team, you’ll ensure that every shift runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

This is a hands‑on leadership role where you won’t just be supervising from a distance, you’ll be actively involved in the work alongside your team. You’ll assign tasks, monitor performance, provide on‑the‑job training, and ensure safety standards are consistently met. When challenges arise, you’ll take the lead in resolving issues, supporting your team, and maintaining high levels of productivity and service quality.

Your ability to communicate clearly, motivate others, and maintain a structured, well‑organised shift will directly contribute to the success of our Belfast operation.

Your responsibilities:

Plan shifts and align with other shift leads;

  • Manage the shift by delegating duties, assigning tasks, monitoring task execution, and following up with all team members.

  • Conduct operational warehousing and production (bulk (un-)loading, filling, mixing and blending) activities within the respective shifts.

  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality guidelines during the respective shifts.

  • Execute selected administrative activities related to the shift work.

  • Lead small team of operators in warehousing and production.

Hours:

  • Peak season (April to September): 10:00am – 6:00pm

Location:

Belfast

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
