The Working Student Email Marketing is part of the Demand Generation Team and reports directly to the Director Performance Marketing. The ideal candidate has a basic understanding of Performance Marketing and Email Marketing or is bringing the strong desire to extend their knowledge in these fields.
- Conception and creation of newsletters in Hubspot
- Creation of Standalone Mails in Hubspot
- Close collaboration with range of Marketing divisions for content and email projects
- Analyze and optimize email performance
- Create reports and dashboards
- Support with Performance Marketing project management tasks
- Ideally first experiences in Email Marketing and/or Performance Marketing
- Experience in working with Marketing automation tools like Hubsport and Project Management tools like Asana
- Familiarity with KPI reporting mechanisms and tools
- Ability to handle different projects and to set and meet deadlines consistently
- Basic understanding of GDPR laws and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, especially in English
- Ideally hands on experience with HTML, CSS and Data management systems
