As a Workday Reporting & Prism Consultant at Kainos, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-impact data and reporting solutions across our EMEA Workday implementation projects.
You’ll work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective Workday Reporting and Prism Analytics solutions.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role ideal for experienced consultants who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about delivering high-quality, data-driven outcomes.
You’ll also mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead design sessions to gather and refine customer reporting and Prism requirements.
Deliver high-quality Workday Reporting & Prism solutions, including calculated fields, dashboards, and performance tuning.
Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and technical specifications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to model current and future-state data processes.
Manage and prioritise project tasks to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.
Support post-deployment activities, including AMS and case management (e.g., ServiceNow).
Contribute to sales efforts, including bid support and proposal writing.
Mentor junior consultants and support their development.
Must have:
Workday Reporting & Prism certifications.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Workday Reporting & Prism.
Strong understanding of how data supports business processes.
Proven ability to lead workshops and engage stakeholders effectively.
Experience working in agile teams and managing backlogs.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Commercial awareness and ability to deliver within project constraints.
Comfortable working independently and managing competing priorities.
Experience in a client-facing or consultancy environment.
Nice to have:
Experience with Workday Data Conversion.
Familiarity with Discovery Boards or Workday People Analytics.
Additional Workday certifications (e.g., HCM, Financials, Integrations).
Experience managing workstreams or small teams.
Prior experience in a services or consultancy-based delivery model.
Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor others.
Other Requirements
Willingness to travel occasionally within the region (minimal travel expected).
Basic understanding of commercial metrics such as utilisation and time tracking.
