Why this role
The EU Pay Transparency landscape is reshaping how organisations govern rewards and communicate pay. Our EUPT team helps clients assess their readiness and optimise Workday so they can comply confidently and use transparency as a catalyst for better decisions. As our Workday Prism Lead, you’ll turn disparate people and reward data into trusted, decision ready insights and scalable reporting products.
What you’ll do:
Lead data & analytics workstreams for EUPT Readiness Assessments — translating legal/business requirements into robust Workday data models, pipelines and reporting assets in Prism.
Design and build Prism data pipelines, semantic models and governed datasets (incl. ingest, transform, schedule, lineage) to support pay transparency reporting and audit trails.
Deliver advanced reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Trending, Composite), Dashboards, Discovery Boards, Worksheets and complex Calculated Fields that operationalise EUPT insights in Workday.
Partner with HCM/Comp/Recruiting leads and Solution Architects to align reports with real workflows (hire-to-retire, comp cycles, job architecture, skills frameworks).
Embed data quality & governance (source mapping, reconciliation controls, documentation, test and migration plans) so outputs are reliable and explainable.
Mentor consultants in Reporting & Analytics best practice; provide design oversight and code reviews.
Contribute to accelerators — templates, report packs and playbooks that help us deliver consistently and at scale.
Support presales: scope/effort estimates, solution demos, and client workshops as needed.
Stay current: maintain Workday certifications and track feature releases relevant to Prism/Reporting.
What you’ll bring:
Over two years of hands-on experience in Prism Analytics and Workday Reporting.
Workday HCM or Financials deployment/optimisation background; Workday HCM or Financials certification (required).
Prism certification (preferred) and proven delivery of Prism data pipelines/models to business users.
Strong command of Advanced/Matrix/Trending/Composite reports, Dashboards, Discovery Boards, Worksheets, and Calculated Fields.
Fluency in requirements → technical design → build → test → migrate, with client facing communication and stakeholder management.
Practical knowledge of data modelling, ETL concepts, performance tuning, and data governance.
Nice to have: familiarity with reward/compensation processes; exposure to People Analytics; working knowledge of SQL/Python for offline analysis; understanding of EU pay transparency concepts.
What success looks like:
Clients receive a clear, defensible EUPT reporting baseline in Workday with traceable logic and repeatable processes.
Business users can self serve via governed datasets, prebuilt dashboards and documented metrics.
Our delivery teams adopt accelerators that reduce time-to-value and raise the bar on quality.
We are recognised as trusted advisors on Workday enabled pay transparency.
