We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Service Design Consultant to support the design and delivery of employee-centric HR services as part of our broader digital transformation initiatives.
Reporting to the Service Design Architect, you will play a key role in shaping scalable, compliant, and user-friendly HR processes that align with Workday capabilities and organisational goals.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid Workday experience and a passion for improving employee experiences through thoughtful service design.
Key responsibilities include:
Support the design and documentation of HR services across the employee lifecycle, including compensation, performance, and organisational changes.
Assist in service blueprinting, process mapping, and journey mapping activities.
Translate business and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable service models.
Collaborate with HR, IT, Legal, and Analytics teams to ensure services are compliant and data-informed.
Contribute to the development of dashboards and reports using Workday reporting tools.
Participate in stakeholder workshops and co-design sessions to gather insights and validate service improvements.
Help drive adoption of digital tools and support change management efforts.
What we are looking for:
Workday certification in Core HCM
Experience supporting HR transformation or service design initiatives.
Strong understanding of HR processes and systems.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Nice to have:
Workday certification in Benefits and/or Advanced Compensation.
Knowledge of compensation frameworks or job evaluation methods.
