About this Role

  • Consulting/Professional Services Experience – 1 to 2.5 years, Minimum Workday Ecosystem Experience – 1 year.

  • Consistently lead client demos and explain Workday functionality without support.

  • Occasionally called upon to serve as a Senior Consultant for a workstream.

  • Demonstrates situational awareness.

  • Develop routine deliverables with minimal supervision.

  • Does not require direct instruction when conducting primary Workday implementation responsibilities.

  • Works Independently and knows when to ask for assistance.

  • Demonstrates comprehensive understanding of job responsibilities and core work product.

  • Contributes regularly to internal initiatives.

  • Contribute to methodology development in their area of expertise.
