- Learn from senior women at IMC as they share their career journeys, experiences, and advice for navigating a career in trading and technology
- Build your network by connecting with like-minded students and professionals passionate about creating a more inclusive future
Who we are looking for:
- Female students (STEM) graduating between 2025 and 2028 from universities in Europe or the UK
- Curious and ambitious individuals who want to explore a career in trading or technology
- Students who are eager to learn from experts, build their skills, and engage in honest conversations about diversity and representation
