Reporting to the Wholesale Operations Manager, the Analyst will partner with Wholesale Sales, Wholesale Customer Service, Distribution Centres and Finance teams to improve processes, provide analysis and reporting, and support system upgrades. Additionally, the Analyst is responsible for post-market activities and order book management, ensuring timely delivery, mitigating risks, and meeting key performance metrics in partnership with Finance and Credit teams to elevate operational excellence for the brand.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Wholesale Operations to:
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to communicate inbound and shipping projections across monthly, quarterly, and annual timelines
- Own the analysis of fill rate vs order book reporting and identify product gaps and risks to the latest estimate
- Provide timely reporting and insights for internal teams, including mid-month/month-end recaps, pull-forward opportunities, and ad-hoc requests
- Own automated Wholesale allocations and proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure accuracy
- Align with Wholesale Sales team on requirements prior to onboarding new accounts or changes in processes
- Provide operational support to internal and external teams for current and prospective customers by communicating current and new processes
- Support the operational set up of all new accounts, price changes, returns, account enquires/quality issues and customer master data maintenance
- Coordinate 'not for sale' shipments (e.g. GWP's/uniforms) from Distribution Centres to accounts
- Provide ad-hoc reporting for Europe Wholesale Sales teams, including projections, reforecasts and order book reporting
The accomplished individual will possess:
- Previous experience in Wholesale Operations or a related field (e.g. Operations, Planning, Supply Chain etc)
- Experience in a retail/fashion environment is preferred
- Strong Excel skills, and experience using SAP and MicroStrategy
- Ability to build strong working relationships with cross-functional internal and external partners
- Skilled in data processing and analysis
- Strong problem-solving skills and proven ability to anticipate and address potential issues
- Highly analytical, attention to detail and results-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
