What You’ll Do

  • Design intuitive, user-friendly web and mobile interfaces
  • Build responsive websites and landing pages in Webflow with precision and animations
  • Collaborate with developers, marketers, and product teams to bring ideas to life
  • Optimize designs with a strong focus on usability, accessibility, and performance
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital assets
  • Continuously improve designs based on data, feedback, and best practices

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio
  • Proficiency in Webflow (CMS, interactions, animations, and custom code)
  • Strong skills in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for wireframing and prototyping
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and an understanding of web development best practices
  • Experience with responsive design and mobile-first principles
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment
  • Bonus: Experience with motion graphics, branding, or SEO optimization
