As we continue to expand our horizons, we are actively seeking a Vice President in Europe who is focusing on the growth of our EMEA customers across various industry verticals and segments. This role is a remote position based in Europe.

This is a Leadership role, reporting to the Testlio VP of Global Sales. This pivotal role will contribute to our continued success and mission of maintaining a market-leading Net Promoter Score of 75 while delivering exceptional results to our clientele.

What would your day look like

  • Strategic Leadership & Team Building:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand Testlio’s presence in the EMEA region, aligning with Testlio’s objectives.
    • Identify market trends, competitive dynamics, and client needs to shape strategic initiatives.
    • Build and lead a diverse, high-performing sales team you can inspire and mentor to achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets.
  • Revenue Growth & Operational Excellence:
    • Own the EMEA sales quota, driving significant new business growth while nurturing existing customer relationships
    • Lead complex negotiations and close high-value deals with engineering, product, and business leaders across industries.
    • Maintain high standards of CRM usage and data accuracy for forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Collaboration and Enablement:
    • Work closely with the marketing, delivery, operations, and product teams to ensure a cohesive go-to-market strategy.
    • Champion the voice of EMEA customers, providing feedback to enhance Testlio’s offerings.
    • Establish scalable processes to manage a geographically dispersed team effectively.

What you need to succeed

  • Proven track record of scaling sales teams and achieving revenue growth in enterprise SaaS or services, preferably in the software quality or related industry.
  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience, including managing geographically dispersed teams in the EMEA region.
  • Exceptional relationship development skills with C-level executives, decision-makers, and teammates.
  • Sophisticated ability to navigate complex sales cycles and close multimillion-dollar contracts.
  • Expertise in leveraging data-driven insights to refine strategy and achieve results.
  • The ability to thrive in a home office environment with a geographically dispersed, international team.
  • A global perspective, cultural sensitivity, and ability to work effectively across diverse markets.
  • High motivation and a willingness to adapt to various roles and responsibilities while contributing to overall team success.
  • A growth mindset fueled by a commitment to continuous learning and a dedication to honing both your technical and soft skills.
