• 10+ years of experience in senior HR leadership roles, with expertise in managing US teams.
• A strategic mindset paired with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution.
• Proven experience in leadership development, coaching, and mentoring managers at all levels.
• A track record of driving DEIB initiatives and building inclusive workplaces.
• Strong knowledge of US employment laws and HR compliance.
• Experience supporting HR strategies in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with leaders and employees alike.
It's a Bonus if You Have:
• Experience in the SaaS/tech industry, particularly in scaling organizations.
• A passion for HR thought leadership and are excited to represent HiBob on panels or webinars.
• A creative and innovative approach to designing people programs and initiatives.
