About the role
HiBob is looking for a Vice President of Brand to define how the world experiences our company- our story, our purpose, and our promise.
This is a modern brand leadership role that combines strategic clarity, creative excellence, and AI-enabled innovation to ensure HiBob shows up with consistency, humanity, and boldness in every market.
As the steward of HiBob's global brand, you'll lead the evolution of our visual and verbal identity, oversee creative and communications excellence, and shape the emotional and strategic impact of our storytelling. You'll balance the art of brand building with the science of data, technology, and AI experimentation, ensuring HiBob remains one of the most distinctive brands in SaaS and the future of work.
Job Requirements
Who You Are
  • 12+ years of experience in brand strategy, creative leadership, and integrated marketing roles within high growth SaaS or technology environments.
  • Proven ability to build and scale a global brand, balancing creative ambition with operational rigor.
  • Deep storytelling instinct with the ability to connect brand purpose to commercial impact.
  • Experience leading through growth, transformation, or IPO-preparation phases.
  • AI-curious and experimentation-minded, comfortable exploring emerging creative technologies and agentic tools.
  • Skilled in aligning cross-functional teams around a unified narrative and GTM strategy.
  • Experienced in Corporate Communications and PR, with a track record of building high-performing teams and managing external agencies.
  • Adept at guiding organizations through rebrands, category creation, and crisis communications.
  • Inclusive, collaborative, and passionate about developing creative talent.

Job Responsibilities
What you'll do
Brand Strategy & Storytelling
  • Define and evolve HiBob's global brand narrative, architecture, and identity, ensuring a unified story rooted in our mission and connected to our product and AI vision.
  • Translate complex, rational B2B propositions into emotionally resonant, human-centered storytelling that drives differentiation and affinity.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Communications leaders to maintain message consistency across all customer and employee touchpoints.
  • Champion category leadership by driving thought leadership, narrative design, and positioning that defines the HR and work-tech space.
Creative, Content & Campaign Leadership
  • Lead an exceptional global team across brand, design, content, and creative, inspiring bold ideas and executional excellence.
  • Oversee the development of integrated brand campaigns that build awareness, consideration, and trust across markets.
  • Maintain world-class brand systems, from design language to tone of voice, ensuring flexibility for regional expression while protecting coherence.
  • Oversee partnerships with external creative, media, and brand research agencies to deliver breakthrough work and efficient collaboration.
AI-Enabled Innovation & Emerging Creativity
  • Champion the responsible and creative use of AI and agentic technologies in brand, content, and campaign development.
  • Explore ways to integrate AI into storytelling, design, and production workflows- enhancing creativity, efficiency, and speed without compromising humanity or quality.
  • Collaborate with HiBob's product and AI teams to bring our innovation story to life externally, and model how we use AI internally to power marketing and creative excellence.
  • Build a culture of experimentation, where curiosity and learning drive creative progress.
Communications & Reputation Management
  • Oversee Corporate Communications and Public Relations, ensuring HiBob's story is told consistently and credibly across channels.
  • Lead executive and internal communications, connecting employees to HiBob's vision and values with clarity and inspiration.
  • Oversee and guide crisis and issues management strategies, ensuring HiBob communicates with confidence and empathy during sensitive moments.
Measurement & Commercial Impact
  • Establish and track brand health metrics using insights to inform strategy and optimize campaigns.
  • Partner with Growth, Product Marketing, and Sales teams to connect brand storytelling to pipeline generation, customer engagement, and business outcomes.
  • Operate with a startup mindset- test, learn, iterate, and scale what works.
