An overview of this role

The UX Research (UXR) team provides critical insights to drive user-focused innovation and guide decisions from design to product strategy. The Research Operations (ReOps) team supports UXR by ensuring they have the tools, resources, and processes needed to conduct high-quality research efficiently, allowing researchers to focus on delivering impactful insights.

As part of the ReOps team, you will help UX Researchers work more effectively by providing support in areas like participant recruitment, tool and resource management, process optimization, compliance, training, and logistics.

  • Building a participant panel for AI research
  • Streamlining low-risk ReOps processes with self-serve tools
  • Recruiting hard-to-reach industry leaders for strategic research on new features
  • This work ensures researchers can focus on creating exceptional user experiences and driving product innovation

What you'll do

  • Oversee all aspects of participant recruitment for UX research, including sourcing, outreach, screening, scheduling, managing participation agreements, ensuring privacy compliance, and handling incentives
  • Continuously assess team needs, identify gaps, and implement improvements to research operations and processes
  • Maintain accurate and standardized documentation, including the UX Research Operations handbook and templates
  • Work closely with Product Designers, Product Managers, and UX Researchers to understand their recruitment needs and ensure successful delivery
  • Manage relationships with external providers, such as recruitment platforms and digital rewards services
  • Handle provisioning and deprovisioning of access to ReOps tools
  • Support participant and customer privacy by addressing data requests responsibly
  • Assist the Senior ReOps Coordinator with panel management, repository oversight, and other operational tasks
