We are seeking a passionate and experienced User Experience (UX) Expert to join our team and lead the design and optimization of intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences. This role will be instrumental in shaping the way our users interact with our products and services, ensuring usability, accessibility, and satisfaction across all touchpoints.

Job Description User Experience Expert

We are looking for a strategic and creative User Experience Expert to join our Belfast team. This role is central to shaping intuitive, inclusive, and impactful digital experiences across our product ecosystem. You will lead design initiatives that blend user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility—bringing clarity and innovation to complex industrial and agricultural workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive UX strategy and execution across digital platforms, from discovery to delivery.
  • Apply Design Thinking methodologies to uncover user insights and guide solution development.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and feasibility.
  • Champion accessibility and inclusive design standards
  • Maintain and evolve design systems and documentation.
  • Facilitate design workshops and present concepts to stakeholders.

Your Profile / Qualifications

Your Profile

  • Degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally in enterprise or industrial applications.
  • Previous experience working within the Agricultural industry is a bonus
  • Proven experience applying Design Thinking in real-world projects.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design processes and outcomes.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and responsive design principles.
  • Designing for data-heavy applications or visualization tools.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
