Role summary:
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will lead the delivery of scalable, secure software solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement, test, and maintain services, APIs, and AI/ML components. You will drive the full software development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality code and continuous improvement through automation and monitoring. This role requires strong technical judgment, solution design expertise, and a commitment to engineering excellence. You will mentor peers, engage stakeholders to define requirements, and contribute to innovation while aligning outcomes with broader platform and business objectives.

What you'll do:
• • Develop highly scalable services to process millions of requests per day and solve complex software systems problems by leveraging state-of-the-art technology.
• • Gain exposure to various technologies used in Advertising and E-commerce platforms. Work with the data scientists and product managers to carry out various experiments across different areas of the AdTech platforms to improve customer experience.
• Drive projects of high visibility across the organization. Must-Have Requirements: 5+ years’ experience in internet-scale distributed technologies Relevant experience with relational / non-relational databases
• • Strong background in algorithms and data structures
• • Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
What you'll bring:
- Extensive experience in software development with proficiency in languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, Rust, Dart, and C++.
- Strong expertise in object-oriented programming, code review, debugging, and documentation-based coding practices.
- Experience with distributed NoSQL Databases such as Cassandra
- Proven ability to deliver scoped features and models through iterative development and continuous integration/deployment.
- Demonstrated skills in AI/ML integration and leveraging generative AI tools to enhance development efficiency.
- Solid understanding of platform design, product strategy, and technical leadership in scalable, secure software solutions.
- Experience with messaging/event streaming platforms (Kafka).
- Proficiency with cloud databases and services, including Azure SQL.
- Experience with search technologies such as Solr.
- Familiarity with vector databases such as Vespa.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver features through iterative development and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD).
