Role Summary:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Services Coordinator to join our team in London. As a Talent Acquisition Services Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting recruitment operations across the EMEA Region and Corporate/UK office. You will ensure smooth coordination of hiring processes; maintain accurate candidate data; and deliver an exceptional experience to both candidates and internal stakeholders. Adopting a continuous improvement mindset, you will improve hiring efficiencies and candidate experience across our regions and provide back up for the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager within this fast-paced and dynamic team.

Contract: Permanent
Location: Lloyds Avenue, London (Hybrid) 

Salary: £28,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities across EMEA, UK & Corporate locations, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, screening/sourcing and recording accurate data.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition members and wider HR Teams to understand hiring needs, timelines and to manage expectations.
  • Manage and maintain roles within BambooHR with accurate candidate and approval & requisition data.
  • Creation of successful candidate profile and back-end administration.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards to track KPIs such as time-to-hire metrics.
  • Organise and participate in job fairs, career events, and virtual hiring sessions across EMEA
  • Ensure compliance with regional employment laws and internal hiring policies
  • Act as a brand ambassador, delivering a professional and welcoming candidate experience.
  • Liaise with operational teams to align recruitment with seasonal and port-based workforce demands.
  • Seamless coordination of interviews and hiring processes across multiple EMEA locations together with the UK.
  • High candidate satisfaction scores and reduced time-to-hire.
  • Accurate and timely reporting of recruitment metrics.
  • Working collaboratively and supportively across the TAS Team and building solid professional relationships in the wider business.

Who You Are:

  • Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar recruitment/HR role.
  • Experience working across global settings.
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to handle multiple recruitment tasks and deadlines across different regions.
  • Detail-oriented with good reporting/analytics skills (e.g., time-to-hire, KPIs).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills.
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones and cultures.
